PROMOS Scholarships for the University of Manheim DAAD
The scholarship is funded by the Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD). This German Academic Exchange Services offers a scholarship program named Programm Zur Steigerung Der Mobilitat Von Deutschen Studierenden (PROMOS) which is designed for German students. It is created to support the students who are from German in their short academic stays abroad. The program also encourages the German universities to aid financial support.
PROMOS Scholarship application procedure for
the Students of University of Manheim
To them of the students of University of Manheim is offered by the PROMOS to apply scholarship in bachelor degree. Students who look for the scholarship spend their single semester abroad in non-European countries, such as in Asia, Africa or America. The semester activities must be during fall an/or spring semester.
The requirements are German students or they who have status as citizen of German. This is based on the section 8 of the Federal Training Assistance Act. For foreign students, this scholarship can be applied however, they are not allowed to do the semester activities in their own countries.
The scholarship will be deadline on 15 October 2017 and the students who apply on this term will begin their study abroad programme in non-European country starting in Spring Semester 2018. To be considered as the applicants, candidate must submit the following documents:

- CV either in German or English Language. Please kindly note that it must be written without any additional documents
- Motivational Letter written in German
- Latest Academic Transcript
- Certificate of English Language Proficiency which is valid
