Scholarship Award for International Student in Murdoch University

The Murdoch University offers up to 47 awards for students from many countries. The name of award is The Murdoch University Academic Excellence Awards (MUAEA). This scholarship will be given for students who have excellence in academic in their previous studies.
Scholarship Requirements and Grants

The scholarship covers either in undergraduate and postgraduate study at the Murdoch University. To be awarded the scholarship you must follow these criteria
  1. It must be International Student
  2. Have high academic record in their previous study to be exact to 75%
  3. The awardees must give their permission to be used in media and publications of the university
  4. The first semester will be commencing at Murdoch University
There are no specific selections for applying the program. But, you must follow the general requirements for admission, those are
  1. Applicants must achieve 75% of their academic record in previous studies
  2. Applicants have satisfied English language by providing English proficiency certificates
    • Academic IELTS: 6.0 of overall score, no less than 6.0 in subtests
    • Cambridge Advanced English: 60 or higher
    • Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency: 60 or higher
    • TOEFL IBT: 80, no less than 20 in subtests
    • TOEFL PBT: 550 and written test is 5
Every awardee will be granted for AUS$5,000 and this will be given in two times directly to the awardees’ bank accounts. The number of grants is consisted by 35 undergraduates and 12 postgraduates study.

Murdoch university has nine schools. The university is located in the city of Perth, Australia and it has been recognized widely in Australia with prominent academic activities. They are classified into top 25 universities in Australia. The university was established in 1975 with 227 hectares of campus size which is considered as the largest university in Australia. And within 30 years it improves their rank globally.

The university also has two campuses which are located outside Australia, they are in Dubai and Singapore. Interestingly, Murdoch is categorized as young university which has good reputation worldwide.
